Government Waste

We used to hear about $50,000 hammers being wastefully purchased by the Pentagon, but at least they got SOMETHING for the 50 G's.

Well it seems the democratic Congress has topped even a $50,000 hammer...
In order to appear more green, they purchased $89,000 in carbon offsets - which amount to NOTHING!
